We’re sorry to hear that your experience with Duel Aquatics didn’t go as expected. Our goal is to make things right and as simple as possible for you.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 30 days of delivery by using the form below or emailing us at returns@duelaquatics.com. We may ask for a photo of the product or request a return so we can take a closer look and help resolve the issue.

Return Policy

We accept returns on most Duel Aquatics products within 30 days of shipment, as long as items are unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging. A valid order number or receipt is required.

Once your return is approved, you can choose between a full refund or store credit with 10% off your next purchase—your choice!

To get started, fill out the return form below. Please wait for return authorization before sending anything back. We do our best to process return requests within 3 business days (excluding holidays).

Please note:

  • Unauthorized returns or items showing signs of damage, wear, or use may be declined and will not be refunded.

  • We do not cover return shipping. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.

  • Due to health and hygiene regulations, returns of used swimwear (worn, washed, or exposed to water) are not accepted.

Exchange Policy

Need to exchange an item? We’ve got you covered. Products can be exchanged within 30 days of shipment, provided they’re unused and in their original packaging, with a valid order number or receipt.

Please fill out the form below and wait for exchange authorization before shipping anything to us. We’ll review each request individually and may ask for a photo or request the item be returned for evaluation.

Just a few important notes:

  • We aim to process exchange requests within 3 business days (excluding holidays).

  • Unauthorized exchanges may be declined.

  • Items that are worn, damaged, incomplete, or no longer in resellable condition won’t be accepted.

  • Per health and hygiene guidelines, swimwear that has been worn, washed, or exposed to water cannot be returned or exchanged.
